Rising up through the cracks of Chicago's concrete jungle streets, and exploding onto the national scene via Los Angeles...meet Eleven Dollar Bills. Led by Berklee College of Music alumnus, the street-smart and fearless, Jordan Casty, the Bills are about to cash in at radio, with "Waves," the first single from their upcoming EP. Produced in Los Angeles, by multi-platinum songwriter/guitarist Jim Huff, "Waves" was co-written with BMI Award-winning Danish songwriter, Rune Westberg. Says Casty: "Waves' is a summer jam about having fun at all costs and rolling with whatever life throws at you." So, roll with the tide, hang on tight, and ride the "Waves" with Eleven Dollar Bills...impacting radio now!
Before settling on the west coast, Eleven Dollar Bills paid their dues playing electrifying events on iconic stages from New York to LA, including The Viper Room, The Craftsman in Santa Monica, and Sayers' in Hollywood. The band crisscrossed the country, playing everywhere from dimly-lit dives in Texas to college campuses in Indiana, to never-ending New Orleans parties. Eleven Dollar Bills have been featured on NPR's "Here and Now," and they have been heralded as "A rising star of the music scene" by Local Loop Chicago.
